Flex & Flow is a strength-based class designed to help you build coordination, confidence, and real functional strength in a supportive, calm environment without the typical gym vibes.
Start your holiday off right, with a moment to pause and be grateful. This will be a dynamic moving practice, with lots of time to rest at the end.
Let’s come together to remember our history, the Native American’s land in which we reside, and this tradition that helps us to pause and be grateful. All proceeds from class will go to City Team, who are working to restore lives and rebuild communities through innovative programs which provide food, shelter, clothing, training, and spiritual transformation. Come practice together, spread love, and help our neighbors.
Combining the time-honored benefits of yoga with the ancient wisdom of East Asian medicine, we are now offering an opportunity to deeply immerse yourself in restorative practices for going inward as we transition to winter.
Please join Amelia and Navarre in a special evening to support inspiration, detoxification, and grounding. Class will begin with gentle yoga to find ease and balance. Then Amelia will guide students into restorative yoga poses where they will experience Navarre's offering of acupuncture, inviting peace and deep rest within the nervous system. Class will end with Chinese herbal tea.

Meet Amelia
Amelia Pudoff is an Oakland native, yoga teacher, and mom of four. Her faith and love of anatomy inspire classes that support both body and spirit.
Amelia offers thoughtful, challenging movement with clear guidance and modifications for all levels.
