Special Pop Up Intermediate Flex and Flow Class

Fridays 2-3pm in May

This intermediate level Flex and Flow class will be just a little faster paced while still allowing time to do moves well and with intention. We will build full body strength over the month with four main strength moves, a special core focused flow, and end balanced with yoga poses to slow down and stretch out.

Meet Amelia

Amelia Pudoff is an Oakland native, yoga teacher, and mom of four. Her faith and love of anatomy inspire classes that support both body and spirit.

Amelia offers thoughtful, challenging movement with clear guidance and modifications for all levels.
