Posture Class with Bowie
In this class you will need a foam roller, two small weights and yoga blocks.
Bowie helps me teach this class on posture and core work. Enjoy stretching out, tuning into your core, and finding a more neutral shoulder with the strength to support it. This class was filmed live November 14, 2022.
Standing Tall Part 2
For this class you will need a chair, blocks and a blanket.
We start out in a chest opener to address posture and then continue to warm up laying down. From there we stand up to stretch the hips with the aid of a chair. From there we work on standing poses and balancing poses to utilize the length and strength we have found. This class was filmed live May 3, 2022.
Posture Part 1
For this class you will need blocks and a blanket and strap. We start out laying down to warm up, exploring hip and shoulder mobility. From there we work continue working on finding the serratus anterior under the shoulder blades from all fours. In standing we work more with spine movements and the balancing work. In the balance flow we put it all together. Throughout class we keep coming back to standing tall and finding neutral posture. This class was filmed live February 7, 2022.
Posture Perfect
For this class you will need a blanket and yoga blocks.
There is no one set perfect posture, but this class will help get your body feeling long and strong and ready to move well through different positions. We touch on the shoulders and the hips and then fly in Warrior III. This class was filmed live April 17, 2021.
