In this class you will need a bolster, blocks, and a strap. We start out laying down on the bolster to create length and space and then continue laying down for leg stretches. From there we slowly build into strength work to support this opening. This class was filmed live December 20, 2023.

In this class you need a bolster and some wall space. We start out side lying and opening up breathing laying over a bolster. We then build onto this opening with new strengthening work. We put it all together in a yoga pose flow. This class was filmed live November 20, 2023.

Breathing, Shoulders, and Pigeon Pose

For this class we use a bolster. We start out warming up with breathing awareness and stability work for the pelvis. We then move into more stability work from hands and knees.
