Shoulder Work, Side Plank, and Squats
This class has a little pit of everything! You will need a bolster or folded blanket, pillow and 2 light weights. We start off with some movement and then work on shoulder strength and stability. From there we do some side lying warm ups for the twisting and adductor strength for hip stability. In standing we continue to find hip mobility and stability and then put the pieces together in side plank, balancing poses, and squats. This class was filmed live January 8, 2023.
New Years Day Practice
For this class you need blocks and a blanket and some wall space. We start out laying down for the warm up and then some deeper hip stretches from hands and knees. We then work standing warming up shoulders and stabilizing strength at the wall. We continue our strength work with salabasana and reverse table top. This helps us as we work in to a lunge tree, pose flow. This class helps build strength in a slow and steady way. It was filmed live January 1, 2024.
Fresh Moves for Shoulders and Hips
In this class you will need wall space, a washcloth, and a blanket for padding. We start of laying down and tuning in and then build into warm ups at the wall. These new moves aid in improving space in your shoulder joints and finding your glutes without even thinking about it! We then put it together in strengthening and lengthening yoga moves. Twisting and Goddess Flow
For this class you need a strap, blocks, and bolster. We start out with leg stretched laying down. We spend a little extra time seated looking at feet, ankles, and knees. We then. progress to standing poses. This class was filmed live December 4, 2023.
Moving into Squats
In this class you need all the usual props. You may want a chair as well. We start out laying down and working into deeper squats with some slow hip warm ups and calf stretches. This class was filmed live November 27, 2023.
Stability in Movement
In this class you need a bolster and some wall space. We start out side lying and opening up breathing laying over a bolster. We then build onto this opening with new strengthening work. We put it all together in a yoga pose flow. This class was filmed live November 20, 2023.
Back Body Expansion + Stability
For this class use a foam roller or bolster and block to lay on. You will also need two small weights (Im using 5 lbs). We start out with our weighted shoulder warm up and then back body expansion. This work assists our warm up stretches. From there we do some weighted core work and then standing poses. This class was filmed live November 13, 2023.
Breathing + Core Awareness
For this class you need a foam roller, two small hand weights (Im using 5 lbs weights), and two yoga blocks. Set you mat up with the narrow end against a wall if possible. We start out opening the front body and then the back body with strength and breathing. From there we carry this awareness into the rest of the practice. This class will leave you feeling grounded and down regulated. It was filmed live November 6, 2023
Breathing, Shoulders, and Pigeon Pose
For this class we use a bolster. We start out warming up with breathing awareness and stability work for the pelvis. We then move into more stability work from hands and knees. Standing poses help us build strength and then we work on pigeon pose with the bolster. This class was filmed live October 30, 2023.
A Practice for the Whole Mind and Body
In this balanced class we begin with breathing awareness and continue this gentle focus as we progress to more challenging moves. We take a range of standing poses and some different shoulder work while laying belly down on the bolster. This class was filmed live October 23, 2023.
Twisting and Backbends
For this class we start side lying for the warm ups. From there we dive right into twists and deeper shoulder work. We pack a lot into this class getting into revolved half moon and then some deeper backbends. This class was filmed live October 16, 2023.
Side Body Opening and Twisting
In this class you will need a blanket, bolster, strap, blocks and wall space. We start out side lying to open up the armpit side rib area. We continue to find side body opening and thoracic rotation in different ways through out class. By the end we try out some backbends and they might feel a little easier than usual from all the prep work we did. This class was filmed live October 2, 2023.
Hamstrings, Glutes, and Half Squats
In this class you will need blocks, a blanket for sliding and padding. We start off laying down to warm up and then continue standing to warm up the ankles, knees and hips in preparation for half squat to tree pose flow. This class was filmed live Sept 25, 2023.
Hamstring Strengthening with Sliding
In this class you need a towel for sliding work (or paper plates if you are on carpet). We start out warming up lying down, eccentrically contracting the hamstrings with sliding work. We then work towards more strengthening work in bridge pose with the feet elevated on a chair. All this strength work helps support our series of standing poses. Strong Hip Flow
For this class you need blocks and a blanket. We start out laying down, do some novel seated warm up work and then progress to a hip focused flow. This class was filmed live Sept 11, 2023.
Strong Hips
Excuse the awkward editing and poor sound quality in this class. My internet went out so this class recorded from my phone. Regardless, in this class we work on hip strength and mobility and use this stability in the standing poses. This class was recorded live August 21, 2023.

Garudasana Flow
In this class you will need a foam roller. We start out strengthening and move into stretches. From there we work on shoulder mobility with Garudasana arms in a creative flow sequence. This class was filmed live July 24, 2023.
