Fresh Moves for Shoulders and Hips

In this class you will need wall space, a washcloth, and a blanket for padding. We start of laying down and tuning in and then build into warm ups at the wall. These new moves aid in improving space in your shoulder joints and finding your glutes without even thinking about it! We then put it together in strengthening and lengthening yoga moves.
