This class has a little pit of everything! You will need a bolster or folded blanket, pillow and 2 light weights. We start off with some movement and then work on shoulder strength and stability. From there we do some side lying warm ups for the twisting and adductor strength for hip stability. In standing we continue to find hip mobility and stability and then put the pieces together in side plank, balancing poses, and squats. This class was filmed live January 8, 2023.

In this class you will need wall space, a washcloth, a strap, and a blanket for padding. We start of laying down and tuning in, with leg stretches with the strap. We then build into warm ups at the wall. These new moves aid in improving space in your shoulder joints and finding your glutes without even thinking about it! Strong Hip Flow
For this class you need blocks and a blanket. We start out laying down, do some novel seated warm up work and then progress to a hip focused flow. This class was filmed live Sept 11, 2023.

For this class you can use a weight in the breathing work. Have a strap and chair for class as well. We continue our dynamic moving warm up and then include adductor work to support a strong balanced hip.
