Twisting and Goddess Flow
For this class you need a strap, blocks, and bolster. We start out with leg stretched laying down. We spend a little extra time seated looking at feet, ankles, and knees. We then. progress to standing poses. This class was filmed live December 4, 2023.
Easing into Twists and Backbends
For this class we start out warming up laying on a bolster and then ease into deeper poses throughout class. We build into revolved triangle and revolved half moon and then work into backbends. This class will leave you feeling relaxed by the end! This class was filmed live Oct 17, 2023.

For this class we start side lying for the warm ups. From there we dive right into twists and deeper shoulder work. We pack a lot into this class getting into revolved half moon and then some deeper backbends. This class was filmed live October 16, 2023.
Twisting, Balancing, and Backbending
In this class you need blocks, a blanket, and a strap. We start out with hip glides to prepare the hips for the warm up, this new start really seems to make a difference for people, I am so excited about it. From there we warm up the whole body. In standing we really get into side body opening, check out how your breathing feels. Then we work into deeper twists and balancing poses. At the end of class we try out a few backbends, all the twisting can really free the spine. This class was filmed live October 3, 2023.
Side Body Opening and Twisting
In this class you will need a blanket, bolster, strap, blocks and wall space. We start out side lying to open up the armpit side rib area. We continue to find side body opening and thoracic rotation in different ways through out class. By the end we try out some backbends and they might feel a little easier than usual from all the prep work we did. This class was filmed live October 2, 2023.
Shoulders with a Foam Roller
For this class you need a foam roller or you can make one with one or two blankets rolled up together. We work on breathing, moving the ribcage and the shoulders and rotation. All of this together makes supports freeing posture, and ease in breathing and reaching arms over head. This class was filmed live Sept 5, 2023.
Dancers Pose Sequence Class 2
For this class we work with balance, feel free to use a wall of sturdy piece of furniture. We will also need a blanket and blocks.
In this class we work on strong mobile hips to support us in the standing poses. We focus especially on opening the front of the hip. This class was filmed live July 11, 2023.
Adductor Strength Class 3
In this class we continue our work on strengthening our adductors.
Adductor Strength
For this class you can use a weight in the breathing work. Have a strap and chair for class as well. We continue our dynamic moving warm up and then include adductor work to support a strong balanced hip.
Movement is Medicine Sequence
Keep your body moving with this sequence. You will need one heavier weight to start, 10-15 lbs is great. You will also need a strap for this class. This class was filmed live April 11, 2023
