In this class you will need a bolster, blocks, and a strap. We start out laying down on the bolster to create length and space and then continue laying down for leg stretches. From there we slowly build into strength work to support this opening. This class was filmed live December 20, 2023.
Shoulder and Hip Work Continued
In this class you will need wall space, a washcloth, a strap, and a blanket for padding. We start of laying down and tuning in, with leg stretches with the strap. We then build into warm ups at the wall. These new moves aid in improving space in your shoulder joints and finding your glutes without even thinking about it! A Dynamic Practice
For this class you need a strap, blocks, and blanket or pillow for padding you knees. We start out with lag stretches, work into squat mobility and strength, and then slow down for some breathing work. Then we put it all together while mindfully working into standing poses. Slow and Steady with Standing Poses
In this class you will need a strap and blocks. We start out with longer leg stretches with the strap laying down. From there we move into standing work, taking longer holds in familiar standing poses and playing with different transitions. This helps create focus and strength.
