After three years of teaching from my home and my parents, this was a big deal! For this class you need blocks, a blanket and some wall space. We start out slow but work towards some challenging moves. Try out your balance and strength! This class was filmed live January 16, 2023.
New Years Day Practice
For this class you need blocks and a blanket and some wall space. We start out laying down for the warm up and then some deeper hip stretches from hands and knees. We then work standing warming up shoulders and stabilizing strength at the wall. We continue our strength work with salabasana and reverse table top. This helps us as we work in to a lunge tree, pose flow. This class helps build strength in a slow and steady way. It was filmed live January 1, 2024.
Hip Flow
For this class we start side lying for some new warm ups and the continue on our backs. After that we work on hip mobility and strength while standing as well as balance, and then flow into standing poses and more balance work. This class was filmed live June 26, 2023.
Warrior III Flow Class 2
My watched battery was failing in the middle of class so this ended up being a bit long! Lots of hip strengthening and extra time to stretch at the end. You need a roller, weight, and strap.

For this class we build up to a Warrior III flow.
Movement is Medicine Sequence
Keep your body moving with this sequence. You will need one heavier weight to start, 10-15 lbs is great. You will also need a strap for this class. This class was filmed live April 11, 2023
