New Years Day Practice

For this class you need blocks and a blanket and some wall space. We start out laying down for the warm up and then some deeper hip stretches from hands and knees. We then work standing warming up shoulders and stabilizing strength at the wall. We continue our strength work with salabasana and reverse table top. This helps us as we work in to a lunge tree, pose flow. This class helps build strength in a slow and steady way. It was filmed live January 1, 2024.
