In this class you will need a strap and blocks. We start out with longer leg stretches with the strap laying down. From there we move into standing work, taking longer holds in familiar standing poses and playing with different transitions. This helps create focus and strength. Breathing Awareness and Standing Poses
In this class we start out with slow movements and an emphasis on the breathing. We take this more relaxed attitude with us into the the standing poses to find ease in the effort.
