For this class you need a foam roller, two small hand weights (Im using 5 lbs weights), and two yoga blocks. Set you mat up with the narrow end against a wall if possible. We start out opening the front body and then the back body with strength and breathing. From there we carry this awareness into the rest of the practice. Hello Hamstrings Class 2
For this class you need a long foam roller. We continue working on core strength and hamstring and hip strength. In this class we add more leg stretches to help balance out the strength work. We the build up to standing balancing poses and more. This class was filmed live July 18, 2023.
