Back Body Expansion + Stability
For this class use a foam roller or bolster and block to lay on. You will also need two small weights (Im using 5 lbs). We start out with our weighted shoulder warm up and then back body expansion. We start out opening the front body and then the back body with strength and breathing. From there we carry this awareness into the rest of the practice. Shoulders with a Foam Roller
For this class you need a foam roller or you can make one with one or two blankets rolled up together. We work on breathing, moving the ribcage and the shoulders and rotation.
