For this class we start laying down. You will need a little wall space for the core work. In this class we work on getting the spine moving and to core strength to support that mobility. This class was filmed live November 21, 2023.
Stability in Movement
In this class you need a bolster and some wall space. We start out side lying and opening up breathing laying over a bolster. We then build onto this opening with new strengthening work. We put it all together in a yoga pose flow. This class was filmed live November 20, 2023.
Expansion + Core Stability
For this class we use a foam roller and two small weights in the beginning. You will also want a bolster and a little wall space. In this series we are working on expanding the circumference of the ribs and diaphragm, releasing tension and the building in constructive support to aid in maintaining this work. Back Body Expansion + Stability
For this class use a foam roller or bolster and block to lay on. You will also need two small weights (Im using 5 lbs). We start out with our weighted shoulder warm up and then back body expansion. This work assists our warm up stretches. From there we do some weighted core work and then standing poses. This class was filmed live November 13, 2023.
Breathing + Core Awareness
For this class you need a foam roller, two small hand weights (Im using 5 lbs weights), and two yoga blocks. Set you mat up with the narrow end against a wall if possible. We start out opening the front body and then the back body with strength and breathing. From there we carry this awareness into the rest of the practice. Movement is Medicine Sequence
