My watched battery was failing in the middle of class so this ended up being a bit long! Lots of hip strengthening and extra time to stretch at the end. You need a roller, weight, and strap.
Warrior III Flow
For this class we build up to a Warrior III flow.
Adductor Strength Class 3
In this class we continue our work on strengthening our adductors.
Adductor Strength Class 2
For this class you need a chair and strap, a foam roller and weight you can hold in one hand. We continue our work on hip strength, focusing on the adductors.
Movement is Medicine Class 2
For this class you need a weight to start, a strap and a chair or piece of furniture. We continue our work moving and loosening up and taking a gentle approach to twisting.
Adductor Strength
For this class you can use a weight in the breathing work. Have a strap and chair for class as well. We continue our dynamic moving warm up and then include adductor work to support a strong balanced hip.
Movement is Medicine Sequence
Keep your body moving with this sequence. You will need one heavier weight to start, 10-15 lbs is great. You will also need a strap for this class. This class was filmed live April 11, 2023
