Twisting
For this class you need some wall space. We start out laying down and build into standing twists. This class was filmed live August 15, 2023.
Yoga at the Wall, Half Moon
For this class set the narrow side of your mat up at the wall. We work on some familiar poses in different ways at the wall including Half Moon and handstand. This class was filmed live August 8, 2023.
Balancing Strength and Ease
For this class you need a foam roller. We work on strength with the foam roller, take extra time to stretch on our backs, and then move into standing poses. The class was filmed live July 25, 2023.
Hello Hamstrings Class 2
For this class you need a long foam roller. We continue working on core strength and hamstring and hip strength. In this class we add more leg stretches to help balance out the strength work. We the build up to standing balancing poses and more. This class was filmed live July 18, 2023.
Hip Flow Class 2
Here we repeat our side lying warm up, focus on breathing and hip work and then build into strengthening work standing. This class was filmed live June 27, 2023
Hip Mobility Class 2
For this class you need a strap and a blanket for padding. Lets work on hip flexibility and strength in sequence and then put it to use in Half Moon pose. This class was filmed live June 21, 2023.
Backbends
For this class you need a foam roller, strap, and blocks. Open up your hips, work on twists, and move into backbends in this flow.
Adductors and Wrist Care
Core Control Class 2
In this class we continue our arm and core work and then build into standing poses. Use two small matching weights and a foam roller for the warm up.
Back Care Class 2
In this class we continue our back care work with a slow warm up and then progress to standing poses.
Warrior III Flow Class 2
My watched battery was failing in the middle of class so this ended up being a bit long! Lots of hip strengthening and extra time to stretch at the end. You need a roller, weight, and strap.
Adductor Strength Class 3
In this class we continue our work on strengthening our adductors.
Adductor Strength
For this class you can use a weight in the breathing work. Have a strap and chair for class as well. We continue our dynamic moving warm up and then include adductor work to support a strong balanced hip.
